Open from 11 a.m. to midnight, the Torre Fara Lounge & Bistrot offers an extensive list of international and signature cocktails and food service open almost nonstop from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., featuring traditional dishes and great classics.
Enjoy aperitif time in the elegant, sunny lounge or sit on the deck, just a stone’s throw from the beach, for a fresh carpaccio, a legendary New York Club Sandwich or a grilled local seafood.
In the summertime some very exclusive poolside tables are also available, by reservation only, with tasting menus designed by our executive chef for unforgettable candlelight evenings.

In addition to traditional ingredients, our Lounge & Bistrot can boast some that make it truly unique: an unparalleled view of the Gulf of Tigullio and the Portofino Promontory, a magnificent deck a stone’s throw from the sea that makes the atmosphere magical at all times of the day, and last but not least, a knowledgeable and attentive staff, ready to meet the requests of our guests.

Torre Fara Lounge & Bistrot is open year-round from noon to 10 p.m., with dedicated a la carte offerings, so you can fully enjoy the beauty of Chiavari’s waterfront in an informal setting right on the water.
Portofino Terrace
Developed on one of the terraces of Torre Fara, Terrazza Portofino is truly a unique and magical place. It starts at 6 p.m. and continues throughout the evening.
Aperitifs with appetizers on another level, cocktails under the stars and fine spirits while contemplating the Portofino coastline make the experience of an evening on the Portofino Terrace unmissable.
A true Sky Bar, with unparalleled views even for after-dinner drinks and late-night indulgence in a relaxed and cool environment, with creative suggestions from our head bartender.
On this spacious terrace also private and gastronomic events for up to 80 people.
