The view of the Gulf of Tigullio is just the right accompaniment to satisfy the senses and the spirit with “sharing crudo” or “sharing veggie” offerings or for an experiential journey through the 7 surprise courses of the tasting menu.
The menu offers concrete dishes with a local identity with small forays into Japanese culture, caught fish, fresh homemade breads and pastas, all signed and supervised by our F&B consultant, Roberto Dal Seno, an internationally renowned chef.
